Methods of Payment: We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover via our online store.


Delivery Information

All orders are processed upon receipt of payment online or after check or money order is received or confirmed. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We usually ship via UPS. Please insure that you include a mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) on the order. Rush orders are available at additional charge.


Backorders

Some items may be temporarily on back order; shipment will be made as soon as items are received. Backorders are charged $6.95 for ground shipping when the order ships separately. This is in addition to the original shipping fee & free shipping offers. Customers have the option to hold the entire order until all items are ready to be shipped to avoid additional shipping fees.


Backorders & Cancellations

Customer will be contacted in the event of out of stock merchandise. Customer will be given the option to backorder. By choosing to backorder merchandise, the customer agrees to a fee of 20 percent of items cost in the event that the customer should cancel the backorder. Shipping time on backordered items vary and cannot be estimated by Caleb’s Lighthouse staff as this depends solely on our suppliers delivery time.


Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Missouri, which will be automatically applied to your online order.
